ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INJURY AS A DIRECT RESULT OF YOUR ACTIONS OR NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, AND ANY RELATED PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY EXPENSES WILL BE PAID FROM YOUR WALLET OR YOUR INSURANCE.

Car Show Information

Registration Fee: $20.00 Spectators:FREE

Net Proceeds from Registration, Cruise T-shirts, Concessions and Donations are distributed to deserving Children at each Christmas.

Door prizes are drawn for adults and for all children 10 years of age and under, who are with an adult who registers a vehicle at the show.

Please know, that funds raised through your participation Registration Fee, purchase of CCC Cruise T-shirts and concessions, or cash/check/credit or debit card donations are distributed to needy children at Christmas each year.

For the 2023 Car Show Season, CCC faced several challenges, from where, to how many car shows. Fortunately, NRH Planning and Zoning Council approved our application for a waiver concerning the maximum number of events at any one location. As a result, ALL 2023 CCC Car Shows were scheduled to be held at BISD FAAC. Unfortunately, the extreme Texas heat impacted both the July (only 59 participants) and the August (cancelled) events. Yet for the 2023 season, CCC was able to distribute $14,560, utilizing school counselors, teachers, Sunday School classes, churches, friends and neighbors directly benefiting the 416 children right here in our DFW cities. In addition to the monetary benevolence, CCC was able to deliver a pickup load of contractor size bags full of new toys collect (new) Toys during the year and at our Christmas-in-October car show to our Tarrant County charity: Fort Worth Metro Ministries in Fort Worth.

The Benevolence Distribution for 2022 resulted in 540 children receiving direct benefit of the $18,900 that was raised through Registration, Concessions, T-shirts, and Donations during the eight car shows produced during the 2022 season. We are very thankful for those that brought toys to the CCC "Christmas in October" car show. We received thirteen large contractor plastic bags of toys and three bicycles. Very sure that our designated charity was very happy to receive these toys, but probably not near as excited as the children were at Christmas. All toys received were distributed to Fort Worth Metro Ministries (a sidewalk Sunday School to Fort Worth children). Fort Worth Metro Ministries distributed over 3,000 toys in December 2022. If you participated in one or all of the CCC car shows, YOUwere a part of this ministry to these children.

2021 CCC Car Show season was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Monies, totaling $16,275 was distributed directly to 465 children, each received $35.00 value. We were very thankful for those that participated in the "drive-by" toy donations and also provided cash donations. Our annual goal is to minister to 500-750 children each year. Yes, we missed the target in 2021, but thankful for the 465 children that received benevolence gifts from CCC...because of YOU!!!
